Ingredients

firm tofu
crumbled (such as Vitasoy Enriched Firm Tofu)

olive oil

onion
chopped

green pepper
chopped

cloves garlic

soy sauce

cups
tomato sauce

tbsp
chili powder

ground cumin

whole-wheat burger buns
(or other buns of your choice)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan; add onion, green pepper and garlic. Sauté until tender.
Add tofu and soy sauce; continue cooking and stirring until tofu starts to brown.
Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin. Cook 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot over toasted burger buns.
