peeled and cut in half lengthwise

fresh thyme

Instructions
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, combine carrots, oil, salt, thyme and honey.
Roast carrots in a preheated 400°F (200°C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until caramelized and tender.
