Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale washed and ripped away from stems into bite-size pieces
- 2 carrots peeled and sliced
- 6 radishes sliced
- 1 avocado peeled and cubed
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- Dressing
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh juice from 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine all the salad ingredients except hemp seeds.
- Just before serving, pour dressing overtop of the salad and toss. Sprinkle with hemp seeds; if desired, add sea salt and pepper to taste.
