Ingredients
  • 1spoonful matcha green tea powderTry a Davids Tea fruit-flavoured matcha.
  • 1each bananafrozen and sliced
  • 1/2 cup milkYou can substitute with a dairy-free alternative.
  • 1/2cup spinachpacked
  • 1tsp agave syrupYou can substitute maple syrup or honey.
  • As desired toppingsLayer your favourite ingredients on top. For example, we used coconut flakes, chia seeds,sliced strawberries, hazelnuts and oatmeal.
Instructions
  1. To create the base of your matcha smothie bowl, add the banana, matcha, milk and spinach to a blender. Blend on high until very smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and tap the bottom of the bowl to settle the smoothie base. Top with chopped nuts, fresh or dried fruit and seeds as desired.
