goat cheese

grated Zucchini

35% cream

29 Fevrier maple syrup
Grated nutmeg salt and a few dash of Tab

Instructions
Brush with butter 1 deep rectangular dish or 8 small ramekins or 1 pie plate.
Crumble fresh goat’s cheese in bottom and add ham
Grate the zucchini on a clean cloth and wring the cloth to remove the “water” from the zucchini.
In a small bowl, add the green onion and basil to the grated zucchini.
Sprinkle with this mixture.
Clafoutis
Whisk in a bowl: Eggs, cream, flour and maple syrup, nutmeg, salt and drops of Tabasco.
Pour delicately over cheese, ham and zucchini mixture.
Place cherry tomatoes on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F on the top rack for 25 to 35 minutes (depending on the size of the dish).
Remove the dish from the oven.
Serve and add arugula.
