Ingredients

whole-wheat pitas
(or four slices whole-wheat bread)

tbsp
grainy mustard

tbsp
mango chutney
1
grilled or baked chicken breast
thinly sliced
a few
slices
aged cheddar
2
thin slices
red onion
small handful
Fresh mint leaves
minced, stems removed
Instructions
Cut 1 inch off the top of each pita and place the cut-off piece inside.
Mix mustard and chutney together and spread inside pitas on both sides. Follow this with sliced grilled chicken breast, aged cheddar, red onion and mint.
Wrap in waxed paper and pack in a cooler.
