Energize Your Morning With This Fibre-Packed Green Smoothie Recipe

What better way to start your morning than with a green smoothie that won’t leave you feeling rushed out the door.

I am a massive fan of green smoothies over juices. The benefit of a smoothie is that you don’t lose the fibrous content of the vegetable or fruit like you do in a juice — the fibre has multiple benefits to the body and so shouldn’t be left out.
