Instructions
  1. In a blender, whirl berries, honey, lime zest, lime juice, and almond or vanilla extract. Press mixture through a sieve into a bowl to remove skins and seeds. Stir mint into berry purée. Place yogurt in a large bowl and stir in berry purée. Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
  2. To serve, spoon granola, then berry-yogurt mixture, into small dessert bowls. Top with some more granola and pecans.
