  1. To make the chia pudding, add the chia seeds, coconut milk, and honey into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove chia pudding and shake again. This time refrigerate for at lease another 45 minutes.
  3. To make smoothie, add add all remaining ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour smoothie on top of chia pudding and enjoy!
