Just be sure you pick the right flavour.

According to an exclusive Newsweek report on the Six Most Fattening Ice Cream Flavours, some Häagen-Dazs and Ben and Jerry flavours scoop up as much as 24 grams of fat in a single serving. Ouch.

Häagen-Dazs Chocolate Peanut Butter, Ben and Jerry’s Chubby Hubby (hey, the name should have tipped you off), and Häagen-Dazs Butter Pecan are the top-three offenders, according to Newsweek.
